Data retention periods

In compliance with article 5.1.e) of the General Data Protection Regulations, the period of time your data is kept will be determined according to the duration of your relationship with EDUNIR and the periods established by law. In this sense, the criteria that EDUNIR uses to establish the periods of conservation of your data have been determined in accordance with the requirements established in the legislation, regulations, guidelines, and applicable norms, as well as the operational requirements of EDUNIR related to the correct management of the existing relationship with the different categories of interested parties. Recipients of your data and international data transfers

The personal data that you provide to EDUNIR may be communicated to third parties to whom EDUNIR is obligated to transmit information, such as public authorities, in order to comply with the requirements of such authorities and the applicable regulations, if any.
